In the year 2020, the business acquired a majority shareholding in Chelldav Global Services Limited to further carry-on businesses pertaining to all commodity trading, sourcing, marketing, preservation, procurement, warehousing, and distributions in rural and local parts of Nigeria.

In 2022 MITSUN GLOBAL SERVICES was incorporated to capture the physical and financial commodity trading in Sub-Saharan Africa market.
